A native New Yorker, Bob Ness comes to the church administrator position with over 25 years experience in small business operations with a successful record of developing business objectives and increasing profit margins. He also has 12 years experience in business sales and acquisitions as a business broker. Bob has been a member of Grace Lutheran Church and Schools since 1993 and has been very involved as an elder of administration and member of the finance committee and church council. Bob lives in Escondido with his wife of 41 years and has two grown children and one granddaughter.
