MISSION
STATEMENT OF THE GRACE ENDOWMENT FUND
The
Endowment Fund has been established to provide vehicles and structure for the
members and friends of Grace Lutheran who have the ability and desire to benefit
Grace Lutheran Church and/or Schools through charitable giving that is
consistent with the church’s and school’s mission of witnessing to the message
of salvation through Jesus Christ. The purpose of the Endowment Committee is to
enable Grace Lutheran Church and Schools to promote funding of specific needs
that support the mission beyond that of general operating funds. The Committee
will seek to provide a perpetual source of income to benefit the following
categories:
- Missions:
Local, regional and community outreach.
- Education:
Tuition Assistance to students of Grace Schools.
- Capital
Projects: Major renovations and building of new facilities.
- Social
Concerns: Including support of youth of all ages.
- Worship and
Music: Support and enrichment programs for the worship life of Grace
Lutheran Church and Schools.
